To turn off HD calling on your Samsung Galaxy, open the Phone app and tap Call Settings. Under HD Calling, turn off the toggle next to Enable HD Calling.
Your phone is probably seeing the HD signal because you are in a high-definition area.

To disable HD calling on your Samsung Galaxy S21, open the “Settings” app and scroll down to “Phone” or “Phone Applications.” Tap on the “HD Calling” option and disable it.
Samsung calls in HD because they believe that high-definition is the future. They want to be ahead of the curve and make sure that their products are of the highest quality.
HD Voice is not a setting in the Settings app.
To turn on HD Calling on your Samsung Galaxy S21, go to the phone’s Settings and select Phone Options. Under the Calls tab, select Advanced Calling and then toggle the HD Calling switch to On.
The S21 does not have HD Voice.
To turn off HD Calling on your Samsung A12, open the dialer and type *#06#. This will bring up the phone’s menu. Scroll down to “HD Calling” and press the button to disable it.
